We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to explore our Pro features and understand how ScientiFlow can benefit their research. During this trial period, you will have full access to all Pro features. No charges will be made until the trial period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without incurring any fees.

Subscription Refunds

Quarterly Subscriptions

• Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with ScientiFlow, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial monthly subscription. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 7-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period.

Yearly Subscriptions

• Refund Eligibility: If you decide to cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund minus the charges for the usage days after your 7-day free trial. The charges will be calculated based on the number of days you have used the service beyond the trial period.
• Cancellation: If you cancel your annual subscription after the 30-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
